There was a scene where this happened in Black Hawk Down but a lot of people missed that. We have rules for engagement and the enemy knows that. We have compassion for our dead and the enemy is aware of that. They are righteous for dying for their cause and consider jihad a noble exercise in faith. We should be aware of this and change the rules of engagement accordingly.
