Thanks Kytari for the suggestions -- anything to improve the way I feel is always appreciated.

7 years ago almost to the day, I was on a cruise and had met this girl who later visited my cabin. She saw my vitamin "pillbox" and asked me if I was an AIDS patient. I guess she thought I was having one of those Make-A-Wish trips. :)

But anyway, I have for years taken loads of vitamins. I've been less strict about it lately, but I'll get back on track soon. At that point, perhaps I'll add your suggestions to the mix and see what happens.

I agree with you on the fact that we should appreciate our days of health. I am a big fan of herbal supplements to add to my regime. Freeze dried Noni juice caplets are known to stimulate the immune system, retard tumor growth, and a multitude of other conditions. I even know someone who found relief from rheumatoid arthritis with regular dosages. Another beneficial herb is Milk Thistle which helps our liver regenerate and protect the membrane. Considering that it filters all of the pollutants in our system that is a good thing. I highly recommend taking Vitamin B with Fish Oil (Carson's Best tastes lemony and won't go rancid) and Co-enzyme Q10 after lunch each day for optimum heart health, energy and a youthful glow. That is my 2 cents.
